Gravyty names Justin Beck as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth and Innovation

Gravyty, the leading provider of AI-powered engagement solutions for higher education, today announced the appointment of Justin Beck as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The leadership change follows the company’s strategic merger with Ivy.ai and Ocelot—leaders in AI-enabled student support and enrollment—and its acquisition of Athlete Network, a trusted platform connecting student-athletes with alumni. Beck will lead the transformation and growth of the unified company, expanding its impact across the full student and donor engagement journey.
Gravyty now serves thousands of institutions across the country, combining best-in-class technologies for enrollment, student services, alumni engagement, and fundraising. With this powerful foundation, the company is poised to help higher education institutions guide students from their first interaction through graduation and keep them engaged as alumni who ultimately become donors.
With more than two decades of leadership experience in education and SaaS roles, Beck brings a strong track record of driving growth, delivering measurable outcomes, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing higher education institutions. Beck held key education leadership roles at Salesforce, Instructure – the makers of Canvas and Master Connect, and Kaltura, where he led through complex transformations and consistently delivered strong revenue, retention and customer success outcomes for mission-driven organizations. He most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at Xplor Technologies, where he led global go-to-market strategy across multiple SaaS verticals—including Field Services and Personal Services—driving several millions in revenue while supporting operations in over 10 international markets and serving more than 30,000 customers.
“Gravyty sits at the center of engagement and advancement opportunities in higher education,” said Justin Beck, CEO of Gravyty.
