Prepare for Your Transition to Ivy & Ocelot from Gravyty (IO)

As part of your transition to the new Ivy & Ocelot platform we’ve created training sessions to help you prepare for migration. Because the experience differs if you used the legacy Ivy or legacy Ocelot platform, each session is tailored to the platform you use today.

Bot Training 1

(For legacy Ocelot customers)


Learn about your new Admin Portal including Organization view, Global Content Manager, and individual department virtual assistants. This session covers how to manage your content for both generative and retrieval AI, including one of the more foundational changes from Ocelot – the new Flow Builder for custom questions. 

Required for all legacy Ocelot customers prior to going live with IO.

Bot Training 2

Build on the concepts introduced in Bot Training 1 with a deeper look at testing, administration, how to improve your virtual assistant, and go-live readiness. This session will help ensure you’re fully prepared for your transition.

Highly recommended for all legacy Ivy administrators and platform managers preparing for migration.

IO Q&A Session


(For customers who have completed Bot Training 1 and 2, attended From Ivy to Ivy & Ocelot by Gravyty: What’s Changing, or are already live in the Ivy & Ocelot platform.)

As you prepare for migration, or begin working in the new platform, questions are bound to come up. These open Q&A sessions provide a dedicated space to get answers, learn from peers, and connect directly with the Gravyty team.

Bring your questions, share ideas, hear how others are navigating their transition, and get guidance on topics ranging from migration preparation to day-to-day platform management.

Please register for this session only if you have completed the required training for your platform, are actively preparing for migration, or are already live in Ivy & Ocelot.
